Our speciality is providing quality aftercare for hearing aid users. Our "new customer" can be someone who purchased hearing aids elsewhere recently and is just in need of best advice; we have an aftercare package tailored to that need.
Our core business is the supply of new digital hearing aids and the repair of any make (except "own-brand" digital products which may not be adjustable).
People who are "just visiting" Northumberland, Durham and Yorkshire can rely on us to help them out with a temporary hearing aid problem.
We recommend hearing aids when there is no alternative. Our procedures are unhurried and medical aspects are never ignored.
All leading makes are available: Phonak, Oticon, Starkey. Puretone, Widex, Bernafon, GNresound, Siemens. Please note that products sold through Opticians and Pharmacist's branches may not be adjustable by independent hearing aid audiologists.
